Our project started with Robert, who was very professional and did a great job at explaining the product (Anlin Coronado Series windows) and Craftsman’s install process. We then dealt with Jordan while discussing price and other projects. The two combined were able to work out a deal for my project that was far better than any of the other 4 quotes received, while providing an equal, if not higher, level of service. The install was executed exactly in the time frame they quoted me and the installers themselves were great too. Installing 9 windows and a sliding glass door in one day, leaving the house exactly as they found it but with the new windows installed. The windows themselves look great, perform exactly as advertised, and have transformed the feel of our home. THANK YOU CRAFTSMAN!
